Damnnnnnn! The MP vid was great. Can't wait for this.
There are so many concepts in this game that sound very interesting and well thought. It's quite refreshing to read about.
So, from what I'm gathering, you collect/use spells instead of weapons? That's a bit of a letdown because I was really hoping to have weapons work in tandem to magic. I'm still really excited for this game considering the talent behind it and how great it looks - just waiting for a western release date announcement.
The clever part about basing the loot on spells is that it's possible to have a highly experienced player's character toned down by limiting the sacrificial fuel in a quest. So, from what I'm gathering, you collect/use spells instead of weapons? Derp!
Avatarized, for those that want it.
I hope Sony will show this at E3 along with many other new Vita titles...
What a weird article. Why would it be shortened to So Suck?
It looks so cool. Of course it's coming over, it's even written in one of the artworks (plus Sony is publishing).

OMG, I haven't thought about that game in so long. I remember being so excited to buy it, and then...Why would that mean anything?
The PSP had probably a dozen games that SCEA passed over with 3rd parties picking up, and several that no one picked up (like the sequel to Kingdom of Paradise, which still pisses me off. It wasn't a great game, but I want closure! Or Rezel Cross).
Or heck, the PSP version of White Knight Chronicles was published by SCEE in Europe, but SCEA couldn't bother to even do a digital release, even though it was already in English
Should think it will be playable by then. They clearly aim to get this out for the holiday season. Will be shown at This year's TGS.
I'm also really curious what this image:

represents, I'm curious if maybe this is an enemy, or a player character. If it's the player, it makes it seem like maybe you could go human torch mode maybe a special sacrifice. I'm also glad that we got to see that the game was being shown on the big screen, will make watching the Vita segment for Sony's conference much easier...as long as they don't get up there and drop it.
Not doing it for me.
I just hope this is a new start for SCEJ third party projects, they needed to leave the horrible studios they usually work with and waste money on ( Racjin, Eighting,Matrix,Awful-5..ect ) and look for new ones.

It would be cool if after a MP boss battle players had to fight themselves if they couldn't reach a consensus on sacrificing the boss or not.
The Vita needs more games. Unless its some super niche anime Japanese game, SCEA is in no position to pass up on releasing games.
SCEA is in no position to block localizations for the Vita. The Vita needs every game it can get. They don't have the luxury to be picky given Vita's dire situation.
