Go get a POP Vinyl figure

tumblr_m66mdmaYXA1r6ahp7o1_1280.jpg

the Robin next to my Batman came slightly scratched thanks to crappy shipping and I have him facing sideways because of it, lol.

I like the figures but the build quality and paint job is pretty poor.

Nice.

Energy project, huh. Perhaps research into that light gun he has in the trailers. Wasn't that rumoured as an EMP device?

Wonder who John Daggett is supposed to be, besides being a call back to the Roland Daggett character

I worked on the movie the entire time it was in Pittsburgh. I know exactly what the device is and how it plays into the story. Hell, I can tell you how it ends. I had the 1st AD tell me himself hah.

the first poster for the movie along with the logo can basically tell you everything that you need to know. It's so amazingly subtle.

I will not listen to this 'till the movie comes out.

Listen to Gotham's Reckoning though. It's nice...

obviously I don't want you to do that.

But the spoiler bar part has me thinking.

I'm worried that
this energy project is going to end up resolving a plot point in a cheap and unsatisfying manner, in the same vein as the cell phone sonar radar machine at the end of TDK

This. So much this.

I read another rumour last year, but I really hope that isn't true. It sorta fits into your spoiler barred thing, but it just seemed way too out there. Like, illogical, even in a comic book movie.

For the sake of my sanity, I'm going to choose to not believe you whatsoever.

Maybe that's what Tapley heard and thought was awful.

In Nolan I Trust. Whatever, he's got planned, I'm sure it works far better on screen than what I had read. What I read was... well, stupid. I don't even know how they'd pull it off. I wrote it off as one of those random internet rumours (kinda like Eddie Murphy is the Riddler!)

I wanna see Bane's training scenes even more.

He sits quietly in his room sharpening a machete and his muscles just appear.

Thought this was neat:

Hey, do you guys think Gordon knows that Batman and Bruce are the same person in the Nolan-verse? I think he knows. Bruce uses his regular voice the first time he confronts Gordon. He uses his regular voice again in the first TDKR teaser when Gordon's on the hospital bed. He saves Reese at the perfect moment.

I think Gordon already knows.

I think it's a Lucius Fox situation. To quote the dude in Batman Begins:

"Mister Wayne, if you don't want to tell me exactly what you're doing, when I'm asked, I don't have to lie. But don't think of me as an idiot."

I'm interested; what was it that you read?

In PMs, of course.

Best scene in the trilogy so far.

I need to watch Batman Begins and The Dark Knight in the week of the release. I haven't seen either movie since their theatrical release.

dat NDA!

When Bruce said 'I've had training!' Ra's becomes angry, almost offended like someone before Bruce said it and and for some reason it ticked him off.

It'd be amazing if there is a flashback about the same 'had training' excuse in the third movie so that the next viewing of Begins becomes something else.

Imagine if Bane was the one who said it before Bruce!

The training is nothing. It's will. He's a Green Lantern.

I'm not sure he does. When Bruce saved Reese his reaction seemed more mystified than *wink wink* in regards to Bruce not knowing what's going on with the Joker and hospital bombs.

Fox caught on to Bruce's game almost immediately.

Well, he was in public. Fox deals with Bruce in a different context than Jim Gordon would deal with Bruce Wayne. He could just be keeping up appearances. Maybe Bruce doesn't know that Jim knows.

Gordon seems like a smart enough detective and all so it seems like he should know or suspect, but I don't think Nolan's presented any evidence that says Gordon knows Batman's identity.

I will literally flip my shit if neeson is in TDKR. He MAKES Batman Begins. His scenes with Bruce are better than other whole movies.

and yes I know, he makes a cameo apparently, but I'm hoping it's not something TOO short.

Like I said, keeping up appearances. He's not about to slyly go up to him and go like, "So hey... the Joker. Figure out a way to catch him yet? Cause we probably should catch him."
He might have suspicions but as of the end of The Dark Knight he doesn't know for sure. I think your reading into that scene a bit to much.

They both appeared in Gotham at the same time.
Who has money for a magic cars?
The tumbler was headed towards the waterfall near Wayne property.
Wayne tech produces the blue flower vaccine
Height/chin comparisons for white super rich guys

I think this is Lois Lane syndrome vs evidence.
