Just Mass Effect 3 today from Amazon. Installing to the hard drive right now, looking forward to playing it. For those that have, should I download the extended cut now, and then that stuff will be included at the end of the game?

I know it was a feature that Bungie wanted in, but they ran out of time and it got cut, so I would hope that 343 saw it as a feature to implement.

Yeah they are. I kind of wish that CA was given the chance to make some kind of XBLA FPS that is MP only. I'm sure all their work with Halo and CoD would give them a good idea for how to create something new, fun, and balanced(go ahead with the Highlands power weapon jokes). I don't know much about them though so I don't know if they have the people to do something like that.

No need, they gave us a new target for mocking in Battle Canyon.

(Tombstone was great, all their additions to the classic maps' geometry in Anniversary were very well thought out, they can do really awesome work)

Just two, one in the tunnel under Red and one at the high Blue window tunnel. Atlas helps my failing memory quite a bit, as it turns out. Though, they did put 2 snipers within like 5 seconds of each other.

Opinion on Armor Abilities
I feel they were poorly implemented, and TBH I stopped play Reach a for a few months after release because I couldn't stand them.
-Jetpack: Awful, why even build strategic maps that promote good movement when a Jetpack destroys everything a good map stands for.
-Armor Lock: How this ended up in the game is beyond my comprehension. Terrible.
-Sprint: My go to AA, still hated the fact that running away was such a viable option, and I am glad 343 is addressing this in Halo 4.
-Hologram: No big problems with it, very useful in Sniper matches.
-Camo: Should have remained a pickup

Favorite Halo game?
I did not get DSL at my house until 2007, so Halo 3 was my first Halo online. That said, Halo 2 holds a special place in my heart. I loved the Campaign so much, and on top of that, the lack of XBL led me to mod my OG Xbox and mess around with Halo 2. God those were good times.
Halo 3 Team Doubles was probably my favorite online Halo aspect thus far.

Good, I'm not the only one. Mass Effect 3's ending(not story) was my biggest disapointment this year. Even with this extended cut thing. To make it clear, I haven't seen any video, any review or played the demo, before I played it myself. Afterwards I was really surprised, that I wasn't the only one which was disapointed. I can understand all of those people, which are still complaining, but some day it should just stop. You have to deal with it and the sooner you understand this, the sooner you will enjoy the game.

I hope the games I'm looking forward to this year, will not disapoint me.

People running away and hiding as soon as they get shot because they know they don't stand a chance in lol-land of actually sticking out the encounter in an attempt to turn the tables. 5 shot kills is way too many shots in a game with armor abilities and everyone having sprint. I also see the same imbalance between power weapons and precision weapons that exists in Reach because of it. Bleah! Come on 343...

The pistol is garbage. Just stop including it in the game.

Don't even pretend that it's useful. Just stop, lol. I'm tired of it being some kind of token weapon thrown in just to appease long time fans. The pistol in Reach (outside of bloom, a stupidly short clip, and 5-shot kills) actually felt and sounded great, and, at the very least, was useful. In this video it looked pathetic, absolutely pathetic. Did it really need nerfing even further from Reach to 6 shot kills? Can anyone at RTX who has actually tried it out say otherwise?

Yeah, I think they said it is going to be Mondays episode...
