Why are you talking to yourself lol? Also any high twitch games (fighting and FPS mostly) a 10% lag would be noticable

how many fighting and fps games will run the game in the same way simultaneously on gamepad and tv? and how many how many fighting and fps games will run on an early wiiu build......?

these speculations sometimes....

When I play MK9, Sould Calibur 4 or Halo, I barely even notice lag. I only notice it if I smack my stick and pay attention. Supposedly the Xbox 360 has a lag of about 133ms vs the Wii U's 116. It shouldn't be THAT bad.

Precise lag numbers depend on the game. The lowest you can get on PS360 is about 50ms.

well, i used bold and underline. So it's great great, not meh great. It's not just 5 fps more. Don't know however if this kind of improvement has been witnessed across the board, for other games, but it involves at least a few ones.

Now i need to sleep :p

Ok, say we are talking about a game that was running at 30 fps back in april... at how many fps would it be running now? 40? 50? 60? Somewhere in between two of those numbers (and which ones if so)?

And why do you always have to sleep? I live in the same timezone but you don't see me sleeping, do you?

You'll fit in here about as well as Thunder Monkey.

Take that as you will. :)

Heh.

But really, no warning is necessary. I read a lot, post a little (OK, post nothing.). If the mods know how to check a user's reading habits, they'll see me near the top of all these Wii U threads ... It's exciting; what can I say? (And I'm someone who played Trek 2.1 on the Alto, so I know exciting.) <g>

Ooo....Oooo...Oooooo...

OuenDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!

GameplayWhore do you have one of your famous summarys at hand?

I need to know if we have any news since page 18. Pretty please?

If anyone wants some Wii U videos I can post the ones of me playing ZombiU and Pikmin 3 at the event in Austin. Also, I wouldnt worry too much about interference if these controllers work fine at events with hundreds of cell phones around them as well as other Wii U systems close-by.

why not. we have to kill time until IM wakes up/ famitsu is talking about the megaton/ tidbits are coming from ninty

Freaking Pineconns always trying to stereotype "expansive" thinkers like us.

Apparently Famitsu has a "amazing" Capcom scoop next week.

Because I am a eternal optimist, I am predicting Monster Hunter Wii U.

I think the best way to predict Capcom's actions is to figure out what the most disappointing possible thing they could do is, then think harder.

Let's run it through the Probability Jumblizer…

*JUMBLING*

*JUMBLING*

*JUM--- CRASH*

Okay, er, looks like it's done. Here are the most likely possibilities for Capcom based on how disappointing they are apt to be:

A) Capcom announces that they have acquired rights from D3 to publish "Rise of the Guardians: The Video Game"

B) Capcom announces "Street Fighter: The Movie: The Game: 20th Anniversary Edition" for 2015. It's Wii U exclusive, but the other systems get Street Fighter V as consolation

C) Capcom unveils Mega Man Chess for the Wii U downloadable service.

D) Strider U is announced but only for Japan. It's also a rail shooter.

E) Capcom announces partnership with a re-formed Nibris for a game title that "brings a true sense of realism and fear to your living room". No release date or further details are given.

Well, then. It looks like we're going to get a pretty exciting generation, at least according to the Jumblizer!

We haven't really had much except for the stuff that Ideaman mentioned a page ago and the announcements of the upcoming announcements.

Ideaman is just saying that a developer from an already known game got a bump in system performance. Where's the hype?

And he said "performance enhancements" in recent builds from spring demos... and we have already seen new (Gamescom) demos...

are these GC demos the "enhanced" versions from what he saw last spring?

So a little birdy told me release date was November 18th.

I'm bad at these rumor things, but I think it'll be official by the end of the week.

Edit: I guess Nintendo denies the rumor. Still. Birdy won't stop squawking at me.

Because no one's picking it up for COD. I'd be surprised if many pick up COD for it, considering the multiplayer nature of the game.

Disagree, especially if they can demonstrate good gamepad utilization and even upgraded graphics. Of course it hasn't even be announced yet so that may be a stretch. It's also about visibility - even if people are picking it up for another platform wouldn't hurt at all to have it out on store shelves.
