Probably the best example you can think of.

Looking back I can't believe how popular he was at one point.

I miss the old days back in '98 when everyone wanted to make a webpage for no good reason. Angelfire and Geocities were hotbeds of insanity. Loved it.

Also miss -

Old Man Murray
Portal of Evil

Geocities ftw.

I had a wrestling review site like a boss, each week I'd recap some WCW stuff and put up some game reviews (everything was AWESOME!! haha).

Then later on I'd just put pictures up I took from school of friends etc and 'make jokes'. I thought it was just light hearted stuff but apparently it made them not like me lol.

I just found out that Nickelodeon still has the website up for the Amanda Show. Fair warning, the music on that site is annoying as all hell. It even still advertises the show coming on during Saturdays and Sundays.

And we all know about the Space Jam page.

I think the internet is now old enough to get genuine feelings of nostalgia. So, I would like to experience some. Post dated sites, printscreens of old site layouts, flash videos, weird fads, your personal reflections, and so on.

And-- Jesus Christ, what happened to HampsterDance?!

My brain definitely blocked that memory for a reason. Thanks for bringing it back. On a side note, I wonder if she's still attractive. I bet she is.

Why did Homestar just stop anyway? Drop of popularity? It was still going pretty strong a few years ago iirc.

Yeah, what happened? I hadn't been there for years and assumed it was still being updated.

I still have a T-Shirt with The Cheat on it somewhere...
