There's no localization to be done, though.
Those three buttons at the bottom of the page seem interesting. It seems like this is meant to be the landing page for all the HD Kingdom Hearts ports, and the first button is this game, but most people were expecting just one other HD collection, 2.5. However, there are three buttons. I really hope they don't get extremely greedy and pull BBS out into another game, 0.5 or something of that nature.

Well, I've imported the JP release of nearly every game since II, guess I'll do the same here.

Final Mixes usually have English Audio, but I remember reading that this set would have the JPN, now wether it has both or not I have no idea.
Still I've played KH1 so many times in both English and JPN that I don't mind. I can get by pretty easily thanks to my Showdown of Fate love.
Yes, good news is they cut out the whole game part.
It's just the cutscenes and important bits redone.
You obviously haven't been keeping up. They only have a HD theater mode for 358/2 Days. It's not a playable remaster.
358/2 Days isn't included, all that's there is upgraded HD versions of the games cutscenes.

There are no important bits in the game.
Some would disagree. Don't know, I didn't like it but then I still won't get rid of it because it has a playable Marluxia.

They never brought over the Final Mix versions of the original KH games even though they could have translated all the new shit in a weekend, and that was back when Square was competent, so you can see why we might be a little pessimistic about this.

Ah shit, sooner than I thought. Though I'm just assuming it'll come here shortly after. I mean, they barely have anything to translate, right?

There's a bit of a difference between re-releasing a title a less than a year after its original game's release and having a 10 year gap between releases though.
That's what we all said about KH2FM....and that never made it over.

Might be alone on this one, but one thing that I'm wondering if they're going to bother with translating Re:CoM in FIGS? The first game was fully localized (text and voices) in FIGS, a rarity in itself for RPGs, but Re:CoM never came out here.
Can't see them do a FIGS dub, so it'll come out strange any way I guess.
