Looks like I'll pick up Ys 1 and 2 Chronicles+ on Steam.
I wanted to hear news on Legend of Heroes: 2nd Chapter though.
Was kind of hoping God Eater 2 would be in there somewhere but that was just wishful thinking on my part.
Cool. Interested in finding out what the + in Chronicles means. Celceta was a bit of a disappointment for me, but it's still pretty good. I'm glad others will get to play it.
Yay for Y's
Oh god Vita Y's THANK YOU!
Great news on Y's making it over.
And I'm also very excited to see Y's show up for the Vita although waiting until the Fall is going to be tough.
XSEED Games, an independent-minded publisher, is celebrating the new year by announcing a robust lineup of action and RPG titles scheduled for North American release in 2013.
In terms of gameplay, it's generally improved over Ys 7 in every way. My gripes lie with the area design and the weird way they decided to do the story. If you haven't played Dawn of Ys or Mask of the Sun, this part is unlikely to matter to you.Why a disappointment? Just wondering if it's close to Ys 7 in terms of length and gameplay.
Namco is bit bigger publisher than Xseed
lack of trails in the sky second chapter is disturbing....
Are these recent-ish handheld Ys games (7, Celceta) on the same level of pipe-hitting action as Oath in Felghana and Origin are? I want to jump in on Hard mode, run and fight really fast, and die a whole lot.
XSEED keeping Vita alive.
This, I love ys and all but goddamn only one LoH game has been released so far by XSeed vs five ys games (four if you don't count Felghana's PC version release).
Were people really that worried that XSEED would abandon Vita? 50K units sold is a huge success for them; they don't exactly need to sell to a large userbase.
You mean XSEED, Sony, and a host of indies keeping Vita alive, right?
2013 = Year of the Vita.
I don't think they'll just stop after this long. Sure they did with GKH, but that wasn't their fault. We'll get it, even if its the last TiTS we get, I believe we will get it.at this point I doubt we'll ever get it
