Seriously though, I actually like the ending that way, sort of like the Inception dreidel.

Wow I have no clue what is happening but either my HDD is not loading the textures fast enough (5400rpm 500gb) or something is wrong with the game but 4 times now I have died because I have fallen through the world after a QTE. Is this happening for anybody else? I would successfully complete the QTE btw, and after the cut scene I would fall through the world due to the textures not loading...

It's cool that you figured out the words, but I'm still confused as to how that has solved anything. I'm still wondering what that means.

either its something you do ingame or you enter the symbols to the GOWA viral website for some wallpapers or something :D they just haven't put it online yet because they thought no-one would crack the code for months! :D

I've been reading this entire thing and it's quite amazing. There's just one thing I don't get (may have missed it).

QUJ = SUN (English)

QJFTRF = SOLEIL (French)

The Q is an S in both languages, that much I understand. But while the J in QUJ stands for the N of SUN, the J in the french QJFTRF stands for O.

So why does the Q in both languages stand for S, while the J is different in both languages? (an N in English and an O in French)

This is like the only hole in your theory.

because they think they have "Solved the puzzle".. it always ends like this on Neogaf.. it´s like one of those bad movie endings where you have to fill in the missing stuff youself. I blame Kojima.

I also noticed the french code has 6 words and the rest only five.

Then I merged the two French words.

LION + SON = LIONSON

Then, I kinda changed it to LIONCEAU (sounds the same). If you search that word on google, it kinda means "cub", but it shows only lion cubs on images, like a LION SON..

Am I onto something here?

It's not a hole at all, there's a different cypher for each language. Q being S in both languages is the anomaly, not J being two different letters, and it's probably just a coincidence.

Edit: Again, Q ISN'T S in all the languages. Look at the Portuguese code.

This Mithras does seem like a good fit

I doubt if it has anything to do with real world events. Probably some coded reference to greek mythology or something. If its E3 then the code would be meaningless in a few months.
