It has been quoted before that the Vita version actually looks better because of the OLED screen. I think that both versions are going to look amazing.

I'll be getting this on the Vita personally.

I'm pretty excited for both actually. The International version of X and I've never played X-2 even though hearing good (and bad lol) things about it

What are you talking about? Neither 12 or abominat13n played like X2. No FF even measures up battle system wise.

Just saying, X-2 marked the point where the series started going downhill. In their own different ways, X-2, XI, XII, XIII and XIII-2 all represent a decline in quality. I'd be willing to play this again though, in all its HD remastered glory. Wasn't a bad game by any means and I did derive some enjoyment from it, but after X it did feel like a disappointment.

There's no translucency to their skin, so they come off looking like plastic dolls.

FWIW, FFX-2 has always had skipable cutscenes. I haven't heard about FFX.
