The event starts at 1, and I have a fucking Dermatologist appointment at 2. I can't believe I'm gonna miss watching this live, one of my favorite parts is watching how NeoGAF and Twitter reacts.

My prediction: The "Xbox Live" name is no more after today.

The "Live" moniker has been phased out of every Microsoft product. Not to mention it's confusing because most of the content on Xbox Live isn't live, it is on demand.

Could the new name be "Xbox Now"? The network TV apps on Xbox already seem to be adopting the "Now" moniker:

In all seriousness, the new console won't be called that, but I can imagine the new entertainment service will be.

Has anyone setup an IRC channel for this ......... because we all know this forum is going to fall.

Or is everyone just using the regular GAF channel.

At work yesterday someone was vaguely interested in buying a Wii U, they even brought out a box from the back. I saw them put it back 5 minutes later though, so they obviously wisely decided against. We have a perfect row on a shelf up back and it hasn't been disrupted for months.
