I laugh about the inconsistency of it all, especially in Running Man. For example, episode 74 has instructions to go to "K Exhibition Hall", footage shows "Kintex" with the "tex" slightly blurred (which can still be identified), and Kwangsoo actually says "Kintex". Law, eh?
I don't really know how copyrights laws work but maybe the visual is more important than the sound, I mean, it looks like saying it is ok but showing it is banned... But it's indeed weird and illogical.

I don't think its the copyright thats the issue, its more about not giving free advertising to products/brands that haven't paid for it.
No, a large part of it is copyright issues. Or the threat of copy right issues.
Brands have been known to take TV shows to court, if they don't like how their branded products are used/portrayed on TV.
For e.g. i know several brands took jersey shore to court.
Its why a lot of the shows have unofficial uniforms. Like just plain coloured t-shirts and stuff.

I still don't know how SBS gets away with the movie music during Running Man.
it gets weird because they basically have to establish that the person is known for that brand. And other weird criteria, i remember reading about it when it happened to jersey shore.
Most shows can't be bothered even entering the legal side of it though and just avoid it. Its why you'll see on shows like IY where they are clearly wearing north face jackets, they have that covered in black tape. And on all their hoodies and such.
The network probably has paid a license fee to access a certain studios entire music library or the like.

That's exactly how it works. Here in the US, you have to pay ASCAP and BMI to play licensed music, but you also have to purchase them from a middleman between the music companies and broadcasters. Unless SK has some ridiculous setup, I'd say it's the same exact thing over there.
It's a little weird not seeing Yookyung, but whatever... I'll gladly take an A-Pinkeu comeback as long as my Eunji is there. Is there a release date for this or did I miss it?

The MV is glorious (how many hours until the first few articles of the it being banned on a channel, or Netizens decrying it as the downfall of civilization?), but I'm really liking the song too. It hasn't got the same dance-y feel of Expectation but it is indeed fun.
I've got a feeling that the MV director wanted to film them in the stockings/black/Yura dress always, but the blue military jacket and high-waisted hotpants were added so they had something to promote in.
I'd pick Girl's Day older songs over the last two from Rainbow.
