Thought about Dokapon Kingdom on portable then waited for the wii version and promptly forgot that it existed. Played the rest of them though...

Remember this. Installed, got 5 FPS on everything turned down, uninstalled, never came back.

It was running really fast for me, like 40+fps. And OST, was amazing in this game.

The game was more crude looking, turn-based, kind of difficult for a younger me. I got it on a 20th anniversary CD collection back in the 90's. Maybe it was that game, who knows.

Yeah, the the game was batshit insane and made me and my friend say "what the fuck" about once a minute for the entire game. That crazy level with the dream leak bit half way through was about where it seemed the creators just decided to see how much randon stuff they could cram into one game.

Good game. Great soundtrack. Not as fantastic as the third game though which was the pinnacle of all shooters of that type.

It's one of the worst games I have ever played. My buddy and I, drunk one night, were flipping through $1 games in the indie section on XBLA and came across this fucker of a game. THIS GAME IS IMPOSSIBLY HARD. To this day, we have never beat the first level. There are no checkpoints, there are no health picks ups, there are no extra lives. You just start over when you die. We're not even sure if there's more than the one level. To top it off, it literally makes me nauseous to look at. Holy fuck this game looks terrible. It has this weird pseudo 3D thing going on that makes it hard to look at it.

Also it has a poor man's Smash Brothers type online multiplayer. It's hilariously bad. The night we bought it we actually found two other people playing. We were all amazed that anyone else had bought the game. I was laughing so hard I was crying, but not for the right reasons.

I really tried to get into Descent but the total lack of gravity, and thus a total lack of knowing which way was up, threw me off too much for me to really enjoy. I got a lot more out of Terminal Velocity, which came out around the same time IIRC.

A 3rd person adventure game on PS2 by Travellers Tales called "Haven".

Game was hard, and a little off. TT has always had good chops but this game was obviously a pet project. I'm glad I got to play it even if it was a bit rough.

This game is basically straight out of hell; the menus have some of the worst music I've ever heard, but the actual gameplay is totally devoid of any music whatsoever. The graphics are embarrassing, with photoshopped animals pasted on peoples' bodies and gameplay sprites that would have been ripped apart in the 16-bit era. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one left who has played this game and not died of shame.

Oh man, Giant Gram is the bomb. I love both of them, but yes, I have to admit I love the first one because of the VF guys included. I did appreciate them including the "real" Wolf Hawkfield in the sequel, who we always thought looked like Jerry Seinfeld.
