A PC math game called "Go Figure!"

Keep playing it, and eventually the time allotted to answer a complex math equation is so short that it's literally impossible to answer it without guessing...............GO FIGURE!!! YEAH!

There was also a game on DOS or early blue/gray monitor screen Windows where you played a guy with a ball shaped head and he could fall on spikes and etc. It's very old and the character had no detail to him. And I believe it took place in space. If anyone knows, for the love of God please say something.

I used to play these games on my dad's old laptop when they originally came out. And I also played them on PC's at hotels with Computer rooms.

Lol, plenty of people have played Chip's Challenge.

Here's one I hope no one has posted yet: Juilliard Music Adventure. My parents were both band directors and wanted to get me learning music as early as possible, so they got me this point and click adventure game. I have no idea how it would hold up today, but it captivated me at 5 years old.

Also, this Mickey Mouse game for the SNES that I never see get mentioned. It's not a classic by any means but I loved it.

This thread reminded me of a PC demo for a game I played when I was younger. I managed to dig up the CD-ROM. Can anyone tell me what this game was? I kinda feel like no one has played it. (Hence why I am posting in this thread)

G-Police? I remember playing the demo for about half an hour before I gave up because it ran at like 15 fps on my computer (the graphics were pretty damn good for their time)

All I remember from this game was that it was a Res Evil knockoff and you controlled this hot semi naked dude all the way through the game.

Mirage, made by Chinese indie developer S-Game, seems already found a publisher to publish English version on Steam but no further information.

A good 2D platformer with cool action design, released in China in January this year.
Seems NeoGAF doesn't have many Chinese members so I think this may count.

G-POLICE!! When I lived in HK I had my first exposure to "silvers" and remember getting a glut of games, most of which were shit, but G-Police and Colony Wars were among them and were a lot of fun, though CW was heads and tails above GP.

I actually played through all the routes in this game and still remember much about it. Anita was the hardest descendant to get but also the strongest character in the game just because she got 2 whole chapters worth of personal stat ups to herself, her father also had the most BS boss in the game (the undead dragon, better hope you have enough MP to Heal him to dead or you're stuck with an unkillable boss).

I remember the garbage can part in the first stage, so much nostalgia, so many laughs.

Chickens 2. I couldn't find anything on Google about this game- the searches just showed something called Chicken Invaders, which is entirely different. Chickens 2 was for DOS, it came on one of those CDs of shareware/freeware games that were all over in the mid 90s. It was just a static screen viewed from the side with chickens running across it, that you had to shoot by moving crosshairs with a mouse because the chickens were evil for some reason. It was a terrible game, but was absurdly funny and became a long-running joke with my friends and I.

My first PC game

I had no idea how to kill anything. I'd just run around chasing animals then die of starvation...

I'm gonna submit Hunter Hunted for PC:

1-2 player side scroller (co-op and head to head) where the objective is to escape from a bunch of trap-filled dungeons and/or kill the other player using weapon pickups. Had a fun time playing this with my brothers.

The game if I remember correctly. I still want to finish it...

There are many NES, Sega MD and PS1 games that were mentioned in the thread that I played or don't remember anymore to mention on here.

Captain Bible in the Dome of Darkness:

You preached about Jesus and had to keep faith. It was an awful game, but one I played quite a bit since it was the only PC game we had in my crazy religious household. There was also Bible Builder. It was a race against a candle to answer the correct Bible verse. So thrilling!

Kool-Aid Man. The original game on the original hardware. One of the few mail-in items I ever sent off for ( A Star Wars Boba Fett action figure being another). Wish I still had them today.

Not Spaceghost

Spaceghost
I did, I had really good time with it ;)

It looked beautiful and it was simple, really fun at first got kinda bored towards the end though. I dont think I finished the final dungeon. The zombie dragon area....it might not have even been the final dungeon haha.

edit: was thinking of something else

Never seen any talk about this series here so I'm assuming I'm the only one who has played it (maybe?). I actually remember having some fun playing these games.

I played and finished that! i believe that bad guy was tiny and you had to use the art to make a clone that would stand above you to hit him in the head! you really had to know how to use all the arts to beat that one.

I got that for christmas along with ghostbusters 2

You're not alone friend. Didn't play those 2 games specifically, but I loved the original Carnivores. One of the earliest PC games I ever played, hell one of my first ever polygonal games. Nothing quite like getting jumped by an Allosaurus or Velociraptor while trying to tranq a harmless Pachycephalosaurus.

Well this thread is not for me then. Looks like I am not the only one. :) Thank you Storm for the quick reply and the subsequent others who played it.

Never played the more popular PC versions but this one kept me up for hours after my parents went to bed! Loved the sound track!
