It's currently £20, if it drops to £10, I'll certainly be double dipping.

Word of caution though, the download size is a little misleading. You'll really need closer to 16gb as the game is spread across two discs.

Just bought Dragon Age. Saw it was $4.99 Canadian and switched to MS Points and it only cost me 330 pts(around that atleast). Shouldn't it have been 400? Not that I'm complaining.

Xbox.com. Search for the game you want the download size for.

For example,

Although that's a little misleading as you'll need to download disc 2 as well.

I read somewhere that the Borderlands 2 DLC is supposed to be on sale from July 2-8, but I don't see any of the content on sale. Am I blind or is my information wrong?

Some of the DLC is on sale, but it's part of the gold exclusive DoTW promotion.

Not a bad sale. I'm happy that Microsoft finally decided to offer it's fans a great deal. I wold have picked up Borderlands 2 for sure.

I haven't played an AC since 2.. I Know this one has mixed reviews but it seems like a good price.

Guess I won't be buying after all.

I'd have to delete everything from my HDD.

Wish I would have known that before hand. I would have picked up a flash drive when I was out and about today.

The Borderlands Psycho pack shows up as half-off on the XBL dashboard, but when I try to purchase it, it shows up as 800 points. Fix yo goddamn prices Microsoft.

I might be wrong, but I think you'll be fine downloading disc 1 and playing that until you reach the point where the game needs to switch discs. Disc 1 is pretty meaty too, so you'll have some time to get a hold of a flash drive at some point.

Apologies if my warning was misleading, the full download is closer to 16gb based on the install size of both discs, but if it's anything like the disc version, you'll be fine playing with disc 1 and then downloading disc 2 when you reach the point of swapping.

I'll likely be downloading it anyway, so I'll report back if there's any issues with having to download disc 2 before you can start playing.

They are not locked per country.

They are region locked the same as the discs are. NTSC-U / Pal / NTSC-J or region free.

So if you are in Europe you can use any region GoD games. If the game you are downloading is known to be region free, then it doesn't matter what region your machine is.

I tried to buy Halo Reach on a previous sale and it told me that I couldn't buy it from my location. I'm in south america with a US account. Just saying

So basically Max Payne 3 stops at some point in the game and tells you to download the second disc? Is there a way to force it to download beforehand?

Can't find the content on xbox.com, but if you access the marketplace from the in-game menu you should be able to download the "2nd disc" before you arrive at the mid-game stop.

Yea I was looking on the store and couldn't find it. Still downloading the main game, so can't check there yet. Thanks for the info.

Just bought Borderlands 2 and will probably get the DLC for it.

I can't wait for left 4 dead 2. Hopefully that'll be 10 dollars

I'm pretty sure that after you buy the game and download the first part you than load the game and go onto marketplace from the menu where there are 3 content packs at 2GB each that you can download.

Picked up Dragon Age, Crysis and Prey.

Wanted Perfect Dark Zero, but in the UK the price hasn't dropped. Hopefully it will do. Very tempted by the £8.99 deals, but I have all of them. The one I was seriously tempted to get was borderlands 2 but I held off. Looking forward to the next couple of days of deals
