So much repetition from the first ep. Ugly as ever too which is a shame as this could be something more folk could enjoy if not for the terrible art & animation. Other elements still seem strong and maybe it'll improve but then again, the deen is strong in this one.

Genshiken - S1 - S2 (All of it)
To be very reductive, Genshiken is about otaku(s?) doing otaku things. Sounds a bit mundane, but the way the show honestly reflects the otaku lifestyle feels refreshing and interesting. The mix of otaku types and a non-otaku add more variety to the real world problems the show presents. That being said, this is a comedy show about college students so yes at some point they get drunk, play eroge, and embarrass themselves in public. As the show progresses, students will graduate and get jobs becoming less prominent in the show. I find that really novel in anime...for some reason...
I highly recommend this show to anyone interested in shows about the otaku lifestyle.

I couldn't be more glad about the direction this show is taking. With the way the show has handle the otaku lifestyle so far, having an entire cast of fujoshi(s?) sounds like it'll be a lot of fun.
