I feel like I'm in the minority of someone who wants more Western-based games on the Vita. Like GTA or something similar.

Sounds to me like he's talking about something not already on Vita... so Tales titles are possibly out. Also doubt he'd be involved with any Japanese made games.
Drawing a blank here... not many indies left that aren't Vita bound that are heavily requested, and I doubt it'd be anything huge like GTA or Bioshock.
Could easily be something none of us were asking for I guess... Shahid being Shahid.

I'm with you buddy.
I love the indie games, the Vita has opened me to the world of them - and the EU PS+ Vita titles have been fantastic - but I feel it really lacks a couple of big name 3rd party titles where some decent effort has actually gone into it.
iirc, It was supposed to not have been a port, which kinda precludes Borderlands 2 and Minecraft.

Cool and all but we have our killer FPS on the vita now
But after Killzone, and we are getting borderlands 2 (and cod and resistance) i need something like gta or something different now something non fps, now that i played killzone
But then the more games the merrier i suppose, also on other platforms the sales of borderlands 2, and yearly COD and battlefield and bioshocks and medal of honour have sold ok close together. Like within a year together.

One of the best newer FF titles, which came out in Japan on the PSP.

the only good FF game(besides FF Crisis Core) imo that came out this gen (imo vita & 3ds are next gen and PSP & DS are this gen)
