Costs much less, NBC needs to develop more 30 minute comedies, and 30 Rock is great, while Studio 60 should have been great.

serials always have lousy ratings, people just don't have time to catch up with them, not to mention the new time slot. just watch, dvd sales will be through the roof.

Why the **** is Dancing with the Stars so popular? Americans with Neilson boxes are retarded for the most part. I mean I knew it was a hit, but I still can't get used to its success.

The top 16 are crap! Yes, that includes HO every episode is the same USE! Actually, 12 and 14 are not crap, but the rest are crap.

I am pretty ashamed in America. There should be a reality TV show where I am the only judge, and I get to selectively cancel shows based on how shitty they are. At the end the least shitty shows are moved to a specific channel labeled "awesome" and are kept clean from the rest of America's horrific taste. And they will have no fear of ever being cancelled, unless a show jumps the shark. Which I will of course decide too.

King of the Hill was actually renewed for a 12th season, and it's being placed between Simpsons and Family Guy in the fall.

I like the show too, it does what it does really well.

Pretty weird stuff. I had no clue House was so popular.

I don't really understand why stuff like Studio 60 did better than The Office... I mean, Studio 60 is on at 10, it's not as good as it should be, and it's considered bombed. The Office seems to have a strong fanbase and seems to be a part of pop culture... Yet it still does worse? I would've thought all the NBC comedies would be higher.

oh BTW screw reality television.

Ditto. It's modest, but it works. Great characters, especially compared to the other shit cartoons FOX has.

House's ratings have been HUGE lately too.. recent episodes would have it as the #1 rated non-reality show on TV. Let's hope it can keep it up next season because it totally deserves it. Best show around. :D Lost's ratings were seriously floundering, but it looks like they picked up a bit with the return of the quality of the last 2 months or so of this season.

I like King of the Hill - glad it got renewed. The way the year ended though kinda seemed like a series ender with the wedding or whatever.
