On the left you can choose the publisher, there are some decent prices for some titles like Acti's stuff (Space Quest Collection & TF: WfC for USD 5 each) and Command and Conquer Collection (17 games) for USD 8.

Seems to be mostly in game dlc stuff.

In the link you provided, I have the option of Just Cause 2 or 3, and a load of unavailable stuff.

Getting rid of "DRM - Steam" and setting the publisher from there I was able to see more, but nothing stood out as being a great deal.

I listed a few in my post, some Acti stuff are on sale for their usual price during Steam sales, and if there are Origin titles you're missing they have a few decent price for them (eg C&C Collection)

You linked to page 16. If you go back to page 1 it's more games than DLC.
