Ohhh wow. That is all kinds of amazing. No, the PS4 version isn't quite that bad. It's no shining beacon of localization, but it is grammatical and is mmmmostly free of spelling errors. I wonder if they redid it because Singapore (in the Asia region for PlayStation) demands high quality English grammar...
