Do you only remember FFVII for Advent Children, the Last Order anime, Dirge of Cerberus, the sequel for phones Dirge of Cerberus Lost Episode, the Japanese mobile game Before Crisis, the whole ridiculous Genesis story in Crisis Core, the Snowboarding mobile game, or the G-Bike mobile game?

To be fair, those are all things that came out with the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, eight years after the game, when it was already a classic cult. FF XV came out like eight months ago, and we already have spin-off movies, OVAs, mobile spin-off and exclusive versions, and crossover events. I do think that your argument is valid, but in this case, I feel it's becoming a little difficult, day after day, to enjoy the game as a product by itself.

You fight him again when raiding one of those optional bases. Still in a mech though, would like a human to human fight but I doubt he is strong enough.

Yeah. That's what I meant. You just hear his voice from the mech and don't even get to see him. Same with that other officer guy you needed to capture earlier.

Just learned about this and couldnt believe the effort they put in.

But they really need to stop making these timed events. I missed at least one already.

If you mean the Moogle Chocobo Carnival event from earlier this year: that one was just recently reopened at the end of July until the end of September. You can actually get an special item (Dream Egg) during that festival that you can use to get the special AssCreed costume for Noctis in the Assassin's Festival DLC in a few days.

I think this DLC looks cool. I think it's great they're adding content, even if it's cross promotion. Not sure why people are so upset they they aren't moving to a new FF game. They want to make this entry the best it can be.

FFXV Update 1.15 is 4.01GB. Adds: Bestiary, Chapter select, Assassin's Robe [unlocked by getting the Dream Egg in the Chocobo Carnival event that is open until end of September] & Assassin's Festival (unlocks tomorrow).​
