Best Notebook / Laptop primarily for Windows Remote Desktop Connection?

I've been asked to help someone buy a notebook that will be primarily used to remote desktop connection to a work computer (this notebook will only be used when traveling to remote into the work computer).

It needs to run Windows 10 because of custom or specific remote desktop connection software. It also needs to be 15 inches. And, that's about it. It'll be used almost solely for remote desktop connections to another work desktop, and maybe once in a while some light typing in Word or Excel. Also, the ability to connect a USB mouse and the option to connect an external display for dual monitor setup (I don't know if it will be done via VGA or HDMI).

Would this work?

Needs to be Windows Pro specifically as Home version does not include Remote Desktop for Windows, unless using a third party remote desktop program like Teamviewer, VNC, etc. Beyond that, if they are truly using it as just a connection to a remote computer, they shouldn't need that much of a machine, power wise.
