Amazing visual design. The broken arm only adds to his badassery because he only needs one arm to kick your ass.

Not only he looked bad ass but it was probably one of the best boss fights ever.

I wad relieved but a bit sad after I beated him, because I knew there wouldn't be another fight like that in the rest of the game.

I was talking Kirby with some friends and I remembered some cool-looking bosses from those games. Some faves:
Nightmare (Kirby's Adventure)

Because nothing says "final boss" like some cool pointy shades.

Heavy Lobster (Kirby Super Star)

This thing tears up half an airship to take you down.

Galacta Knight:

Your only wish was to have a worthy warrior take you on, and goddammit you got one.

Am I the only one who finds some of the souls designs to be not just uninteresting, but generally revolting?

If its revolting to you then it's not uninteresting. If it provokes an emotional response then it's doing its job.

Alma from Ninja Gaiden Black, more bizarre if anything , what I found fascinating was her fighting stance, quite intimidating.
