It's Namco, they have been releasing all of their games in all regions lately if I recall correctly. We are even getting a NA release of a One Piece game, pretty sure Europe will get it at the same time if not sooner or later.

This should be a Nintendo-published title for one specific reason: the release date. April 11th is a Friday, and it seems Nintendo is now releasing each of their titles on Fridays, not Tuesdays anymore. IIRC, the first time they tried this was with Kid Icarus: Uprising back in 2012. Now, it's their new day for releases. Just to clarify

Standard release date for Nintendo stuff is usually Sunday, though it's been kind of a mixed bag in the past few weeks/months. Wonder why they're now going for Friday only.... that's standard EU release day.

I have no idea but at least sales-wise it did really well in Japan, enough to keep selling for quite a while so the buzz must have been positive anyway.
