Updates aren't only there to fix broken games, they also exist to improve what are already great experiences.

A review shouldn't be what is day 1 and nothing more, if a game improves a lot with patches it should be rereviewed, they need incentives to do updates & keep support and this would help

Rereview in bigger cases and an update in most would be fine.

Of course, rereview it. Nobody wants to know how good the game was at release. The only important thing is how good is it now. Everything else is irrelevant for any buying decisions.
