Well I was going to put up the $20k but I don't want a dev kit with tape residue on it.
So... the listing simply vanished.

Poor MS.
From what I've learned now by poking around the internet :
- If ebay pulls an auction due to legal action by someone there will be no evidence left about the existence of an item
- If the seller decides to cancel the auction, you will still find it.
So it seems that MS pushed ebay to remove the devkit and subsequently the Devkit + its screens are not fake.

They could have it pulled for "Microsoft" and "Durango" being in the title of the auction
It could still be just an empty case anyone could buy...

i figured mebbe at "lunch" MS made him an offer he cant refuse for the kit. Like $30,000.
