It kills me that they own the Star Wars license!

On the a side note the engine for E3 hype train is starting!

Is this the thread you wanted to start a few min ago when Gaf was down? :)

As to the conference, hopefully we will get some game play of the next BF.

And maybe some mobile F2P games. (I kid....)

I've been watching a lot of Clone Wars these past few days. Makes my hyped for EA's conference and whatever Star Wars games they show.

So, safe to expect Sony/Microsoft conferences the same day? Looking ahead, my only conflict is afternoon of the 10th. It'd be wonderful to see everything live for once.

How many games will pull back in their trailer and reveal that they have persistent multiplayer this time? My guess is all of them.

NHL 15 better look glorious on PS4/Xbox One or I'm going to be pissed
First games in a new generation is pretty lackluster usually. I just want improved graphics and improved servers and I'll be happy this year. (Even though I'm hoping for some major GM tweaks.)

The fact they passed on pushing one out when the systems launched has set my expectations high. I expect it to look great and play great now that Ignite has 2 games out and UFC on the way. Some of the growing pains should be documented and taken care of. EA did OK with FIFA and Madden was a complete waste in my opinion so hopefully passing on a 2013 PS4/Xbox One game has allowed them to really do something special with the first one of these systems.

EA's UFC is next gen only and is really impressive so far, graphically and presentationally at least; will have to wait to see more of the actual gameplay though. so it's not crazy to think NHL 15, if next gen only, could be really impressive as well. I'm also hoping that Ghosts Games really delivers another solid NFS game that really experiments more this time around. NFS Rivals was a really fun game, especially compared to the more recent NFS titles that EA and Criterion released during last gen.
