In that rumor the announcement was supposed to come in October but maybe they changed plans and VGA is the spot for it to happen now. I'd be surprised if it's not ME3.

I dunno, I'd expect them to keep a lid on ME3 until PS3 owners have had a chance to pick up and play ME2. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely hope we'll be getting an announcement sooner rather than later, but it only seems logical.x3sphere said:

The next plan by the Reapers is probably an invasion of Earth using an indoctrinated species. Really wouldn't surprise me if that were the premise for this game.
This would take place AFTER Mass Effect 2, of course. They probably want to get as much information on humans as possible. What better place to find information than the human homeworld?

I don't understand, did Nirolak really not recognise a picture of the House of Parliament? Even though he provide a picture of the actual SIS headquarters himself?
The screenshot does look a bit like the railings near Parliment, but isn't that irrelevant to the actual clue - which was about the SIS building?

So, if we assume it is set in the Mass Effect universe are there any major wars on Earth that have ever been mentioned? If aliens never invaded maybe the guy in the teaser is just fighting other humans?

Some platoon in ME universe explores some planet and finds some artefact WHICH SENDS THEM BACK IN TIME on the Earth. The soldiers go crazy as a result and kill each other fast AND ONLY THE STRONGEST SURVIVES. He thinks he's THE CHOSEN ONE and immediately goes after the world domination by killing all world leaders including the Queen of England. Since Raven people are on the project the game will feature time-tricks as core gameplay features. The general concept is a contemporary-futuristic HITMAN clone.

Sony Russia's twitter account claims the BioWare VGA game is Mass Effect 3, but we don't know if they actually know anything or if they're just assuming for kicks and giggles.

This reminds me. After Mass Effect 3 they should make an Adventure game out of being a member of Citadel Security, solving crimes and mysteries on the Citadel. They always imply how big the Citadel is in the books and games but they should let us explore it as a Turrian or something. Blade Runner meets Hotel Dusk and Assassins Creed. I'd buy it so hard.
