Isn't audio usually done first anyway? Pretty sure Kiefer Sutherland for example did all his work already for MGSV. That's what it seems like anyway.

The fact that they've said that it's in full development now in multiple interviews, and now this, makes me really believe that it's coming before 15. Which has been radio silence since last year.

No. Most of the staff that made the PS2 Kingdom Hearts games (save for the senior KH team members) are the ones working on 15. The SE branch that made Birth By Sleep and Dream Drop Distance are the ones making 3.

Osaka is the KH team now, and they have a good record so far of at least getting stuff out the door. I guarantee it will release before FF15 though.
