16 days left for peaking before the deload. 3 lower body workouts are planned. Today I did 3/3/3x190kg Sumo DL and 7/6/6x 120kg frontsquats. Frontsquats felt pretty easy, I think I had some reps in the tank.

Deadlift form isn't perfect because I still had some muscle soreness from my previous upper body workouts. But I think it's still good enough to be safe.
 
I hadn't actually watched the vid... lol

I just make sure I get up every 45 mins. Quick walk, maybe a couple of pushups, couple of pullups. Bit of a stretch. Far better than some wobbly leg bullshit.

Failed on OHP last week, deloaded. Started doing OHP this week with deloaded weight and I failed. f m l
I'm gonna go way down and focus on getting my form 110% right and continue, think I have some neck pain now due to fucking up today.

Hate the fluctuations in how I and the body feels. I can go through periods where the muscles feel and look great, thick and full then a day like yesterday comes and last night I felt soft and "doughy". I lifted yesterday too. Usually I only feel like this on weekends or when I take a break from the gym(rare).

Had three people ask me about my weight loss at work today. Guess it's really starting to show, or they can't keep themselves from asking about it any longer. 65 pounds down now.

Well, that's weights for the week. Another four days of cycling to steal my gainz again. :(

I love it, but these multi day sessions really wreck my strength. It takes ages to get it back.

Just did stiff legged deadlift for the first time today.

Hooooryyy shiiit my hamstrings are tight as fuck. tiiight tight tight tight.

Feels like they could cramp up any second.

Life is finally getting back to normal. We're finally moved in and even tho the house isn't finished, we're making due. Got cage installed but no platform yet. Used it once and only for 5 minutes. Working 3 jobs, 11+ hours a day. Life has never been so crazy and hectic. Thankfully things are finally calming down. Almost time to get into a routine.

Been eating keto only and feel like I lost muscle without lifting for so long but I still have a lot left thankfully.
 
Overtraining might be frowned upon but doing it for my chest has given me great results
Then it's not overtraining. Believe me you'll know when you start to overtrain ;)

Every set to failure + high volume for me. I consider failure a rep without perfect form. That's my benchmark, except when doing cheaters obviously - but even those are done with strict form on the eccentric.

Ahhhh. I still think overtraining is a thing - but that it is entirely dependent on diet and quality sleep. I've had days where it was hard walking, showering, raising my arms, etc after a workout. Never skipped a beat. But rest weeks when I feel I need them, sleep and diet are my no.1 tools for recovery.

Macros be macros. Sometimes dirty sessions can reset a few switches, especially in the brain.

God damn i pulled something in my pec/armpit area this morning, it hurts like hell right now, not sure how long it'll last. Just as i was making some progress on my bench too

Elliptical trainer V/s Rowing machine - Which is a better cardio machine? my treadmill is dying, need a new cardio thing.

Whatever gives you a better workout. For me, I would go elliptical because fuck doing rows for cardio.
