Wasn't there some episode that only aired a few times and then never again? Think it was called Dancing Homer? Don't remember if that was true or not. Either way wonder if they will air that one.

Great birthday present!

Season 9 is the last season (IMO) where every episode was good (ignoring maybe Principal and the Pauper, which still has its moments). There are still some decent episodes later but it becomes very hit and miss and the recent seasons have just been unwatchable.

Any word on how this is gonna work with FX NOW? That's not a livestream like some channels do with cable credentials but a VOD system but it'd be cool if they did the former for this.

U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!
Seasons 1-2 are just pretty good, 3-8 are great. Season seven has some of the best episodes (and the worst prior to the downfall with Marge be not Proud).

What? I loved Marge be not Proud. Not sure where I'd place it in my favourite episode list but it would be reasonably high I'd say. Top 50 at least. A very relatable episode for me.

Looks like I'm gonna be settin' the DVR quite a few nights, especially considering some of the greatest episodes are at freakin' 3 AM & such.

Yes, but there was a period of a number of years where they took it off of repeats.
Yup, they took "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson" off syndication for a few years after 9/11 happened because of the fact the towers played a role in the episode.
