Being a child of the 80s, it's ironic then that I think Thundercats had zero impact on me in that way. I did watch it and enjoy it, but it never really triggered "furry" in my head. If I had to place blame somewhere, it would probably Dinosaucers that broke my 'make a human kit'.

I've no doubt that Thunderkatzen DID spawn some furries, but I think Loony Toons, Disney (Robin Hood, etc) and such had way more impact. And like, y'know, the billions of children's books with "funny animals".

The new series, is okay... it's floundering around a lot with dumb filler plots and some episodes have some laughably bad animation compared to the excellent pilot. I'll give it another season to see if it picks up.

Yay I brought back buff dragons imported from Japan. I guess it's due to year of the (water) dragon. Oh and the tag dragonman/ryujin has some nice stuff. I doubt you have pixiv accounts so you guys won't see any naughty stuff.
