it's a movie I watched as a child.

I'm pretty sure it starts with a boy being bullied to jump across a gap of water (maybe in the sewer?)

And then he gets transported to some world that has these furry white creatures in ninja outfits.

For some reason whilst watching small soldiers this morning it got me thinking about this movie.

& I can't think of it's name and it's really annoying me & I know GAF has the best detectives at finding things.
