Billy Hatcher is the first game i think of when i want Incredibly happy game music. The music carried me through the game to be honest. There again i do think SEGA have some kind of magic when it comes to music that makes me smile. Samba De Amigo is another one but that's licensed songs not original compositions i suppose.
