I'm not sure why people expected more expensive games in the first place, considering that every single massive-budget game is on sale for at least $10 off mere weeks after release.

The game being on PS4 won't automatically retrain people who've learned to wait a few weeks to start buying on launch day again.

Technically confirmed already when they were talking about indies self publishing. They mentioned people who do that can set whatever price they want.

I must've missed that part. Hope that leads to varying scales of game like what we've been seeing from indies on PC for a while.
