Good to hear. I'll be waiting on it!

I'm really digging this:

Really smooth.
It's not exactly instrumental, though.. but it does have a special edition with the instrumental-only album.

My favorite song so far:

And here's an instrumental from this album:

Love it!!! :D
Here's the song with vocals:

I really love this.

+1 to all the Jenova posted so far (thanks guys, both links were really good - might have to add some to the OP!), and new Blockhead is always good news.

Does anyone know what the high pitched voice's origin is from Elephant Survival?
It's killing me now that I realized that I know that this was sampled right here.
I was getting back therapy done(was in a car accident not too long ago), when I heard Sexual Healing on the radio. I heard this part, and it blew my mind.
I had no idea.
Now, I'm wondering what else he sampled in this song..
So, in this song, he's sampled a folk song, and Sexual Healing and made it into this badass song. I love Emancipator XD

From Emancipator's website:
Please enjoy this free download of Elephant Survival, which includes samples from colorado based band band Elephant Revival.
Hope that helps man! It's a hell of a tune, I saw him play it live earlier this year and it had so much energy, easily my favorite track of his live.

Yep, that's the main song he sampled in this song. He uses it in the middle and end of the song.. but the voice track I'm wondering about is at the beginning. The high vocals.

*How hot is that cover? So hot. It's dark, the beats are big as hell, and my personal fav is "Move On," though..."Rain" is a close second; that ghetto Lon-Lon Ranch shit. If only Nintendo was down.

*Pricier than the usual BC fare, but worth it.

wow, these were nice, especially the first. Miri has like unlimited cred with me on this stuff.

Haha, Irish, my man, enjoy that shit. "Fabulous" and "Sum," I'll never get enough of those two.

MBV's You Made me Realise is my favourite song of all time. I think.

They better not fuck this up.

Edit: this is good.
I think i'm gonna donate 5 or 10 bucks to these guys.

James Blake's CMYK cover is pretty awesome too.

*My personal favs are "Sunflowers" and "Present Day Japan" (Subway Skies). Extremely jazzy slices; incredibly smooth. Fab tape.

* Same artist as the previous. More R&B orientated slices than Jazz, but just as smooth. Don't sleep.

* An odd, but fun mix of Nujabes and Daft Punk, and one that it's surprisingly evocative--with an almost trance-inducing depth; It just taking the time, without notice. Definitely one of the more interesting tapes I've come across lately. And I want to describe it in further detail, but can hardly find the words to articulate. Just do not sleep on this one, at all.

*Another release from the thread's fav label, CCR, and it is indeed incredible. "Hunting for Dragons," that track and its depth, it's actually upbeat, but incredibly ominous in a way. And don't even get me started on "All we got is Us." Don't sleep on this one.

also like is FB so we can get his second volume of instrumentals free! He's so far away :( Only at 1361

Thomas Prime Will be giving away Vol.2 of his instrumental collection for FREE when he reaches 2000 Likes on FaceBook, 1000 Followers on Twitter or 1500 Subs on YouTube You only need to help him reach one of these targets for more great FREE music.

Yeah, "Hunting for Dragons" is amazing. Worst thing is: it debuted on the one CCR tape I forgot to add to my library. I'm feeling pretty silly bout that one. The track straight takes me to some setting straight out of an RPG, and I can't even put my finger on what kind of setting it is, but it's dark, shit feels absolutely dire, and I want to lie in it.

Nice, the price per song makes that an awesome buy. Listened to a few songs and bought it. Only 17.5 cents per song!
