The only Samsung phones that are close to waterproof are the Galaxy S5 and the Active series. The Note series are not waterproof. If it isn't advertised by Samsung on their website, then it isn't waterproof. Simple as that.

I had one of those with Dungeon Siege II, Temple of Elemental Evil, Chris Taylor, and Sam's Root Beer. You will never feel that kind of misery, EVER! That was horrible, everything went in the trash including the game discs. I can't even touch either or.
I cannot drink cheap soda to this day.
