I dont pretend to know anything about this guy. I just know his game was funny as hell. And I dont personally feel the need to read his text messages. Like ... dont hang out with him. I just want to play a fucking game. I dont read Tom Cruise's text messages, or basically any musician or rock star ever. Its just not relevant to my life.

So the lawsuit has been dismissed but there's still the problem of the texts to underage girls.
Iv heard some say that's a minor issue though.
All jokes aside he's done, at least I hope so. If the texts arnt real then it would need at least a statement saying their false, the silence speaks volumes. Here in the UK at least what he did is illegal as it falls under Grooming.
I wouldn't be comfortable with a co-worker of mine for example keeping in contact and texting school girls and calling them "jailbait" for example when their more than twice their age.

The messages to the girls were weird but I didn't read any where he actually tried to arrange something with any of them.
We also only saw a few parts of the conversations too, he does seem like he says crazy stuff no filter type guy.

Based on that, it doesn't really sound like's a pedo in the "normal" sense, ie the mentally ill weirdos who want to have sex with pre-teen children that clearly look like children. Sounds like he's attracted to youthful (or very youthful one might say) women. I remember a lot of girls in middle school for whom puberty pretty much played out in full while I still had my high-pitched voice lol. Having said all that, if you know someone is underage and you keep texting them (and the content is not 100% wholesome) then of course you're asking for trouble. I don't think it matters that he didn't actively try to arrange anything. I haven't seen the texts but if he was essentially sexting them (or something similar) after knowing they were underage then he's in the wrong, no question.
