Hopefully Hexa handles the (inevitable) FFX port. Having shit controls wouldn't matter quite as much for the CTB system, but it would probably make Blitzball even worse.

Thre have been rumors of something like that for a while now but nothing definitive has ever been shown.

With that said Sony doesn't seem concerned about PC releases hurting them at all so maybe the games will show up sometime on PC regardless.
