I'm confused what you guys thought was gonna happen. That leading up to launch day not one person anywhere on earth would get a faulty PS4? Or that leading up to next week no one will have a Xbox that has issues?

In all likelihood these consoles are going to be very reliable compared to last gen but that doesn't mean nothing will happen.

The entirety of the internet doesn't have the console. We're looking at 3 isolated incidents in a relatively small sample size of pre-launch console owners.

Kotaku was a physical HDMI port problem.

We're not sure about the other two.

You don't know how many PS4's there are out there. I would guess, less than 100(not counting Sony employees and devs who wouldn't out the problem anyways, just request a new unit).

3 out of a 100 is not a problem? And those are only the ones we know about. Take into consideration that the consoles that had those problems were chosen at random, the problems aren't limited to those 3.
