Longer the better. But I'm tempering my expectation to around the 4 minute mark.

Yeah I think the first trailer will be around that and then the launch trailer will be around 7 minute mark. That seems to be how Square and Nomura roll these days.

EDIT: Actually as said above there could be a live demo even. Nomura did say he wanted people to see the game being played the next time it appears.
