The console war hasn't changed. It's just in 1080p now
fixed.
Also wow..... I know that I shouldnt be surprised because of every comparison so far, but I honestly didnt expect the bone to be 720p...
is it at least 60fps? Isn thte ps4 version 60fps?
man, those last gen screens are blurry as ****....
So, does scaling internally suggest that the PS3 and 360 versions are sub-HD?
It's the tools, don't worry, any day now.
Seriously though, I thought it'd at least be 900p. Guess 60fps was the more important ideal there.
And it's 0p and 0fps on my PC or Wii U ;_;
Anyways, I think it's time to stop acting like we're surprised by this... Yes, it's been established, the Xbox One is weaker. But why do we need to have these arguments over power? Just buy a nice gaming PC if you want the best graphics. Otherwise, get the platform with the most exclusives you like.
These comparisons are just getting silly. It's about the games people, as long as they're good, who cares what resolution they run at?60fps is golden though
Too hard to look at the top of the page eh
Major props to Konami and Kojima for being this straightforward and honest about this. Probably one of the only devs to do this.
Lots of respect from me.
1080p 60 fps?
Thank you Kojima.
Kojima in particular's kind of a PR nightmare anyway, haha.Microsoft didn't want a lot of things to happen, Sam. But they did.
Why enter a thread about resolution to tell people that it's only about the games? We can have both full HD and amazing games with the PS4. No need for anything else.
There is absolutely nothing here that can't be done at 1080p 60fps on X1.
Devs are really struggling with the SDK.
Unless my eyes are broken, the current-gen and next-gen comparison shots don't look significantly different.

Xbone/360 barely look any different.
Glad to hear PS4 isn't being held back by any weak platforms though. I look forward to buying this used.

I think there'll be a belated PC port. Kojima didn't rule out a PC version and I firmly believe that's because Konami was waiting to see how Rising was received (very well, by the way) before making a decision.

I would love to watch a game journalist look at this comparison and then say with a straight face that the difference between 720p and 1080p is minimal.
Look how fucking blurry the PS3/360/XBO pics look compared to the PS4. It's night and day.

Look at the post right above yours. Look at the PS4 vs PS3. To me that difference is significant enough.
