I don't even understand most peoples' answers. Just because they have Windows Phone doesn't mean they can't make a dedicated handheld. I mean, they released Surface, a product they didn't need to make.

Truth be told, the only reason they haven't made one is because they just haven't. I think they could release one at any moment if they wanted to.

Another reason they might be stalling is that it would fail in Japan, where Nintendo and Sony get a lot of their handheld numbers from.

Personal favorites

I liked Crimson Dragon and Hydro Thunder GO enough, true. Wordament is fun too. Contre Jour is actually my favorite for some reason, though (not counting the okay-ish port of Jazz Jackrabbit). The thing is, Android and iOS really stomp all over WP, and I already have a hard time finding games I legit enjoy on those platforms.

Eh, just make their games on Nintendo hardware. Way easier.
