Was just wondering about this a couple days ago because I constantly lug my console over to my girlfriend's. Definitely would be convenient not to deal with moving the power supply anymore, but I don't think it's $50 convenient. Will think about it.

This wasn't always possible? I just had to buy a new Wii U tablet charger (new puppy for the first time in 11 years) from Nintendo's online store and assumed you could buy all spare cables for all consoles.
