So gonetz is currently working on the android port atm - http://www.paulscode.com/forum/index.php?topic=3163.225

And he's got a campaign out atm for porting Dolphin FX as well - https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/gliden64-fx

Definitely backing this - he's proven to not release vaporware as some feared!

Is there such thing as a USB N64 controller that works well on the PC?

Better to grab a USB adapter like the UNIVERSAL--3 in 1 Magic Joy Box - MayFlash - it'll solve your issues since you can use the real N64 stick - but if the only joysticks you have left are loose I guess buying the USB controller would be fine... Or stalk http://s9.zetaboards.com/Nintendo_64_Forever/forum/3009316/ and see what your best options are for the 'stick.

Did anybody had any issues saving the graphics settings of this plugin? I can't make them stick for the life of me, always reverts back to default as soon as I press Ok. I'm using rev.5691fcb.

Edit: Sorry for the necrobump, it was the only thread I found about it.

I've never had that problem using the public versions. I'm on 2.0 and everything always loads up as I left it.

Tried the Public 2.0 and have the same issue. Can you tell me exactly what file(s?) you're using from the official public release?

I'm using project64 2.3.2. I downloaded the release from https://github.com/gonetz/GLideN64/releases and put the dll files from the zilmar-spec folder into project64/plugin/gfx. You should have the gliden64.dll, a custom per-game config file (GlideN64.custom), and your configuration file (named just GlideN64). I think the other files are just language packs. If you don't have a config file, it should be created after you open the settings.

If it won't save your settings, check for that config file and open it with notepad. If nothing else, you should be able to manually enter your settings there.

Also, as long as this thread is being bumped, Rouge Squadron is now fully playable in HLE mode. I never tried the game myself, but I know it's been a tricky one to emulate:
