I've been curious about Steins Gate for awhile, can I start with that one? I didn't know it was a series is 0 a prequel? Is the first game on PS4?

Think I'll finally grab Xcom 2, or does the console port suck? I can vaguely remember hearing it had issues at launch, and I remember reading that one of the developers said it was initially PC-exclusive because console CPUs couldn't handle it. Mario+Rabbids is alright, but losing the base building and resource allocation aspects makes it a lot less interesting. It's mostly making me want to play the real deal, and i hear the recent expansion is excellent.

Definitely start with the first Steins;Gate. It's available in English on PS3, Vita, PC, and iOS.

Steins;Gate 0 is a midquel that heavily relies on having played to the end of the first game.

No, you really want to start with original Steins;Gate. This one is a sequel based on a particular route. This game is good though if not quite as good as OG Steins;Gate.

I own the base game on disc. I honestly considered, the last time the complete edition was on sale, that I'd buy the complete edition the next time it was on sale if they didn't discount The Old Hunters alone. But here we are, with just the base game.

I do have a question though, if anyone knows, if I have a bunch of saves on the physical version, and buy the complete digital, do the saves carry over to the digital?

Eh. Shadow of Mordor is an inoffensive mishmash of various AAA tropes that is saved by the Nemesis system. Type-0 is pretty bad though.

For 8 bucks its worth a swing. Has some faults and gets repetitive in the end ( or around 50% ), but has great atmosphere.
