Game C is the orange level of Octopus Dance (Nintendoland). You can see the blue-ish computer to the left and the purple octopus at the top right.
Pretty sure Nintendo Figurines is pretty huge news actually.
So I guess NFC will be their big splash at E3? :/

You know that looks a lot like PS4 UI
Mario Kart TV Smartphone App
QoL is Meth, confirmed.
Yeah, I think that's exactly their target demographic and intention with the QoL business.
not hopeless or at a loss in coming up with something new but unless existing users satisfied we cannot release next hardware
Not pessimistic on games but want other pillars as safety net for games business, more of entertainment company
@gibbogame
Zelda Mouso, now with NFP figures.
You want to play as Ganondorf, fuck you. Buy the figure.

Their output is actually pretty strong and frequent. The problem is that it´s still not enough if you have to support it alone. But the myth has to stop that their output is slow or mediocre.
Removing the tablet would prevent the former for me.Nintendo just needs to stick it out for a four year cycle to satisfy their existing Wii U user base and to make sure that they are happy enough to migrate to their next hardware. Nintendo needs to find a way to slow the bleeding until they can launch new hardware. The NFC figure is a decent idea to help, but they really need to find a way to improve their margins on the Wii U box. Gotta find a way to cut the tablet controller out and hit a $200 or lower price point.
Iwata- have established Business Development department with outputs like NFP, entering into new markets, use smart phone platforms etc
That should put all those "NINTENDO MUST RELEASE NEW HARDWARE NAO!!111" ridiculousness to rest. You don't kill your main system in a generation just to release a new one, just so you can "keep up" with the competition. That will destroy what faith and goodwill you have with your remaining audience.

The NFP accessory for the 3DS:
Real talk if Nintendo can turn a daily workout into an RPG I'd pay good money for it.
I think you completely misunderstood what was said.
So basically, as Nintendo fans and consumers, we should cheer on Nintendo languishing with dated, ill-conceived hardware because that's what they initially went with? They made a bad choice, and rather than fix that choice, they should keep motoring on with it for at least half a decade to make a small buyer base happy?
Do people get angry at Nintendo still for not sticking out the Virtual Boy for at least 5 years?
iwata mentioning safety net by venturing into other businesses
this could be the beginnings of a drastic change
The theme was just playing in my head lol.
Persona Q is for the 3DS.That thread says nothing about Wii U. I was assuming that picture was only Wii U releases.
The gaming industry is really creating a monster. Some day there will be a Nintendo console that CAN be completely upheld by only first party releases. What then!?
Maybe I'm not understanding it, but it still sounds like the NFC figures are basically memory cards, but probably with added features.
Their output is strong - nothing in my post suggested that. I honestly think the quality of games under the Iwata era has been one of its selling points.
The games aren't nearly frequent enough, especially on the Wii U. I don't know how you can claim otherwise.
