Doesnt the new Sly game have something like this between ps3 and vita?

You hold up the vita and it reveals secrets you cant see on the TV screen?


Maybe because the vita uses a camera they can get around this patent stuff.

Thing is, with Wii U, you can do full 360 turns even looking up and down and it's ridiculously precise, as we saw on the demos.

Seems perfect for a Co-Op tank game in the vein of something like Battalion Wars. Player one is the tank commander in the turret with the game pad and can swivel around to see enemies and fire. Player two is on the TV and is the driver with a limited field of vision straight ahead and has command of the forward machine gun (co-axial?). Both must communicate in order to survive.
