We about to get a flood of Videogame TV shows & movies aren't we?

In the past this would sound scary but today it seems no bad outcome for everyone. On average at least. Some miss the mark still, but someone working again on Hitman or Max Payne would be interesting. I would not mind new movies or shows for AC, PoP either, maybe also Watch Dogs and Far Cry. At worst the writing is again at videogame garbage levels, at best the movies or shows get scripts that are actually good and enable the franchises to have a new elevated base for their own new stories.
I would hope for Wolverine, (Non Stellar) Blade and Wonder Woman they do some Into the Spiderverse or regular real Marvel movie in parallel around release too. It makes just sense to broaden the possibilities, kinda like merchandise.

Microsoft owns Bethesda that owns the IP.
