Come on CT just release all the numbers. Been forever since they have. Thinking around a 300-400k difference for the year between PS3 and 360 with 2.3 million total. I would like that number to go along with the Japan year end and eventual US year end we will have next week. A nice Japan+US+UK comparison to put up against the rest of EMEA.

Donkey Kong has been unavailable for over a week thanks to Nintendo not having any stock to send out to stores, at least that's been the case with Game's stores.

A farming simulator does more than 200k, beating a version of one of the most popular fps games this year (BFBC2). Only on PC..and probably only in Germany.

Yeah, the 360 is just non-factor. Fifa11 is the single 360 game on the list and even then it's 22 places below the PS3 version which is the top SKU of the year.

One thing we learnt this gen is that delaying\canceling the PC version of games to boost the console's sales just doesn't work. It probably does more bad than any good.

No 360 Black Ops ? I know the 360 is weak here but no Black Ops in the Top30 is strange. Good to see the PC love in Germany. Keep On.

Kinect Sports moving up the post-christmas charts in Sweden and Germany of all places? Well it's obvious the Germans don't like LIVE (CoD 360 not being in the top 30 is a disgrace), so maybe casual gaming is MS' inroad to that demographic.

Don't you need a Credit Card for Live? CC are not very common here or at least not like in the US. But the shops carry plenty of PSN Cards.

They sell Live cards, both subscriptions and points. Not sure how easy they are to come across in Germany, given the platform's relative lack of popularity there.

That's just consoles. Overall (including PC) market is bigger. PC Software has still 30-40% marketshare here.

Edit: Seems to be overall numbers. But according to biu germany should be a little higher. Both markets seem to have have the same size.

two just dance titles in the top ten. I shall never again doubt thee. Till the trend fails. All they really need to do is just advertise it, every time it's showing significant decline, and they have achieved what nintendo have been excellent at doing, i.e. creating an evergreen title.
