Pillsbury has entered into a licensing agreement with the Girl Scouts to come up with new Girl Scouts Thin Mints and Caramel & Coconut Flavored Baking Mixes, so you can now enjoy Girl Scout cookies in some form throughout the year.

There are a total of four Girl Scout Cookie Flavored Baking Mixes in all (notably missing is actual cookie mix):

- Girl Scouts Thin Mints Flavored Brownie Mix
- Girl Scouts Thin Mints Flavored Cupcake Mix
- Girl Scouts Caramel & Coconut Flavored Blondie Mix
